Valen Logistics LLC provides asset-based dry van transportation services across the contiguous United States. All transportation services are subject to written confirmation, applicable shipment documents, and any governing transportation agreement between the parties.

Valen Logistics LLC operates as a motor carrier under USDOT 4428616 and MC 1742193. Carrier authority, insurance, and supporting documents may be provided upon request for broker, shipper, or partner verification.

The information on this website is provided for general informational and business inquiry purposes. Nothing on this site creates a binding offer of carriage, guaranteed capacity, or confirmed rate unless agreed to in writing through a signed rate confirmation or transportation agreement.

Rates, equipment availability, pickup windows, delivery schedules, and capacity are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Valen may accept, decline, or request additional information for any shipment inquiry before confirming service.

Shipment details, rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery, insurance documents, and related records should be reviewed for accuracy. Brokers, shippers, and partners are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment information.

Liability for cargo loss, damage, delay, or related shipment issues is governed by applicable law, the bill of lading, the governing transportation agreement, and the facts of the shipment record. Cargo claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Valen may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or engagement with Valen's services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
